The description HOPPER *TRAVEL will appear on your credit card or bank statement when you make a booking at Hopper for any flight.
In addition, if your flight booking includes add-ons such as our Cancel For Any Reason, Change For Any Reason, Flight Delay Guarantee, Missed Connection Guarantee, Travel Insurance, VIP Support, or a tip, these charges will be posted on your statement as separate transactions and will also appear on your statement as HOPPER *TRAVEL in the amount of those specific add-ons. Notably, this also includes the additional amount we charge for Hopper Refundable Fares on top of the base fare price.
For example, if you buy a $200 flight with Flight Disruption Guarantee for $30 and Travel Insurance for $20, and you also tip for $5, your credit card or bank statement will look as follows:
- HOPPER *TRAVEL … $200
- HOPPER *TRAVEL … $30
- HOPPER *TRAVEL … $20
- HOPPER *TRAVEL … $5
