Your ticket number can be found in the "Fare Details" section of the email receipt and itinerary that was sent to you when you first made your booking.
Good to know
- Hopper does not send physical plane tickets in the mail. Not to worry! All you need to check in for your flight is your Hopper confirmation code and your travel ID (such as a passport). Once you check in for your flight 24 hours before departure, the airline will provide you with your boarding passes.
- Low-cost carriers such as Spirit or Frontier do not issue ticket numbers. You will need to use the airline's confirmation code to manage your booking directly with the airline.
- If you don't see Fare Details in your confirmation email, reach out to our Customers Service team through the Hopper app. An agent would be happy to provide you with your ticket number.
