What is the Hopper Wallet?

The Hopper Wallet is a virtual wallet where you can find important information (balances, applicability, and expiration) about your Carrot Cash and available Vouchers - everything that makes booking on Hopper cheaper.

Carrot Cash is a temporary incentive provided to you for loyalty, award or promotional purposes and may be earned when booking hotels, homes, flights, and car rentals (i.e., Carrot Cash back) or through certain other in-app activities. One unit of Carrot Cash, when redeemed on purchases on the Hopper app, is equivalent to applying 1 US dollar toward the same purchase. For more details, see the Carrot Cash section of these FAQs.

Vouchers are one-time discounts that make booking on Hopper even cheaper. In addition, any refunds you receive from products / services like Price Freeze, Cancel for Any Reason, Change for Any Reason, etc. appear as Vouchers in your Hopper Wallet.
